As HR Manager and Coach, I got to know very interesting concepts and methods for leadership, communication, management, training and coaching. 

Based on my many years of professional experience, I give these theoretical concepts a practical and a very individual reading, in order to make them helpful and useful for the practical work of professionals and executives.

Communication and Management

Participants learn to understand patterns and rules of personal relations and comunication. They will improve their behavior and their communication and they will be much more aware and effective in their leadership and Management.

Introduction to Coaching

The participants learn the method and the essence of Coaching, identify the situations where it is the best form of leadership, practice the technicians of Coaching in order to expand their skills as a leader.

 Train the trainer

We work the complete process of the conception of a training program: from the definition of objectives, the design of contents, the preparation of materials and the schedule until the execution and evaluation of the program.

"HR Business Partner"

We learn the meaning of this concept in HR and practice the interactive role as a partner of the Management in matters of HR. The participants become a HR-, People- and Culture Manager. 

Project management

Participants learn both hard skills and soft skills for project management: the systematic tools and steps to manage and control projects and the Leader skills to successfully integrate and lead the project team.
